A jewelry e-commerce client wants to offer coupon 2 for a particular time period to selected users, excluding users who used coupon 1 in a campaign.
Purpose
To engage selective users and promote store or sales with coupons.

Step 1: Creating a segment.
Creating a segment, based on a bulk event upload with a list of selected users who are qualified for touchpoint.
Realtime Marketing->Visitor Segments
Edit the fields based on the requirements as shown below.
Step 2: Creating a second segment.
Creating another segment which includes the users who used coupon 1 by changing the coupon name in “Event”.
Step 3: Creating the campaign flow.
A campaign is configured in such way that out of all users who started the session, 1st segment filters out users who are qualified for coupon 2 and, 2nd segment filters out who used coupon1.
Step 4: Using Repeat trigger.
The repeat trigger is set up as per requirement. It allows users to fall in this campaign ‘n’ times.
